GBG Law Casework Advocates volunteer as part of a wider team supported by the GBG Law Contact Centre. Casework Advocates can be contacted by telephone or by Email.
Once you have been allocated a Casework Advocate you will be allocated a Client ID. Client ID's must be kept confidential as they act as a security mechanism to protect your data. Casework Advocates can be contacted on GBG Law's telephone number - 03303 501261 and selecting Option 2 for Existing Clients. If you are a Complaint Subject, please select Option 3 and use your own allocated Correspondence Account Number. Once you have entered your Client ID, you will be automatically transferred to either your Casework Advocate, if they are available, or the Contact Centre if not. If your call is urgent, the Contact Centre team will attempt to transfer you to a Duty Casework Advocate.
Alternatively, you are more than welcome to Email your Casework Advocate who will reply as soon as they can.
Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the UK local rate and may come out of any inclusive minutes that you have in your call plan and calls most often do not cost anything if you have an unlimited calls plan. Please confirm call charges with your telephone service provider.
